About Us - T. Michael Kennedy
Since graduating from the University of Miami School of Law in 1984, Michael Kennedy has tried many cases to verdict in Florida, Colorado, and Texas. He is currently admitted to practice in all three states, and is a board certified civil trial lawyer by the Florida Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Kennedy is a graduate of legendary trial lawyer Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyers College in Dubois, Wyoming. Since re-locating to Texas in 2000, he has become a member of State Bar of Texas, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association. He has been active with The Florida Bar and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, The State Bar of Colorado and the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Kennedy has also been a frequent lecturer, having given presentations on trial advocacy topics for the State Bar of Texas and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, The Florida Bar's statewide continuing legal education program and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers. Mr. Kennedy is a member of the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association, has developed a national practice in securities arbitrations, and has represented aggrieved investors in many states from coast to coast. He is also an avid outdoorsman and a musician. Until his recent "retirement", he was also a certified relative work coach, instructor, and evaluator for Skydive University and a member of "Deguello", the Texas State 16-person formation skydiving team. Currently, his professional time is spent representing victims and "getting as much justice as possible for my clients."

- Mr. Kennedy was one of only 50 trial lawyers chosen by legendary trial lawyer, Gerry Spence, to attend Spence's Trial Lawyer's College on Spence's Thunderhead Ranch in 2005. The Trial Lawyers College is a unique environment where trial lawyers learn cutting edge and winning trial techniques and skills from Spence himself, as well as from many of the finest trial lawyers in America who volunteer to go there to teach.
